The asphalt in this base bid item shall only include 1-1/2 inch base course and 7-1/2 inch bituminous curbs. Est performance time: 60 days. This solicitation also includes four option items as follows: Option I- All work associated with the installation of a 1-1/2 inch asphalt surface course (Est performance time : 15 days); Option II- All work associated with the installation of a 6 ft chain link fence with barbed wire and a 24 ft cantilevered slide gate and a 4 ft swing gate (Est performance time: 24 days); Option III- All work associated with the installation of a perimeter lighting and security system (Est performance time: 30 days); and, Option IV- All work associated with the installation of a card-activated operator on the 24 ft cantilever slide gate, and installation of card-activated electro magnetic lock on the 4 ft swing gate (Est performance time: 15 days).
