The work includes various site improvements to provide a park and pathway system such as clearing and grubbing, demolition of asphalt, concrete and site furnishings, grading/earthwork, installation of drainage system, street improvements, pedestrian pathways and lighting, landscaping and irrigation, sport courts (basketball, volleyball and tennis) and playground equipment, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1629. The related small business size standard is $17 Million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bidders, if a Large Business Concern, shall submit a subcontracting plan in accordance with FAR 52.219-9 SMALL, SMALL DISADVANTAGED AND WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING PLAN (AUG 1996), Alternate I (AUG 1996).
