Repair of original gutters and downspouts, replacement of an existing stair with a new steel one, paint all exterior trim and steel and incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 250 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
