The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to remove the existing peeling pains and repaint the eaves of 24 housing units located on Goodfellow AFB, TX. The existing base coat paint on the original eaves of these units is lead based paint (LBP). The contractor shall be responsible for preparing the surfaces and painting in accordance with the specifications. This solicitation is set aside for emerging small business concerns. The SIC code for this acquisition 1722 and the size standard is $7 million. Bids from all responsive, responsible bidders will be considered. Performance period is 60 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
