The work includes demolition of existing heating and cooling equipment including steam radiators, air handlers, direct expansion (DX) units, window units and incidental related work. Abatement of asbestos containing material is involved. New work consits of installation of one air cooled chiller, chilled water pumps and piping, a steam-to-hot water converter, hot water pumps and piping, a condensate return system, two air handlers, ductwork, VAV boxes with electric reheat and DDC system, new pad mounted oil filled transformer and electrical distribution system. The magnitude of the project ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 180 calendar days.
