The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) is seeking qualified small business, small disadvantaged businesses and women-owned business capable of providing components,subsystems or services as a subcontractor to launch service providers. NASA intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for the acquisition of launch services for NASA small class payloads. This sources sought synopsis will assist NASA in establishing realistic subcontracting goals for this acquisition.
