This service includes, but is not limited to, serving of cadet meals and sanitation services for Mitchell Hall. This is not a full food service requirement. The potential contract could result in a basic and four option years. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal -- Solicitation # F0561197R0005. Best Value evaluation procedures will be utilized for the evaluations of proposals. A Fixed Price Award Fee Requirements contract is anticipated. Standard Industrial Classification is 5812 and the business size standard is $15.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement, however large businesses that respond shall be required to comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations for subcontracting plans. The draft solicitation will be issued on or about 8 Aug 97 with industry comment required not later than 19 Sep. 97. The final solicitation is anticpated to be issued on or about 3 Nov 97 with final proposals received not later than 18 Dec 97 @ 2:00 PM Mountain time.
