Provide all necessary supervision, material and labor necessary to perform a turnkey battery replacement on the SIEMENS UPS Systems at various National Weather Service Offices in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine (total of 15). Contractor shall supply and install new batteries, and dispose of old batteries in a proper manner. Offer shall include all costs for travel to the various locations. Period of Performance is 60 days after receipt of purchase order. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a offer which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive offeror who can meet the specific requirements contained in the CBD announcement and is most advantageous to the government considering price and other price related factors.
