E-MAIL: NA, NA. 8711 -- Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for conducting geotechnical and environmental engineering studies, investigations, designs, and construction support for the U.S. Coast Guard Facilities Design and Construction Center, Pacific (FD&CC(PAC) for design and construction projects at Coast Guard facilities in the western U.S. and pacific islands. (Services may be required at any U.S. Coast Guard facility). Work tasks include geotechnical investigations and engineering for foundations and structures, contamination investigations, lead based paint surveys, asbestos surveys, NEPA related environmental activities, topographic, hydrographic and property surveys. Estimated individual construction cost of projects range from $100K to $4,000K. Individual contract tasks will not exceed $300K. This proposed procurement will result in a contract to be in effect for one year with an option for an additional year. The contract has a potential value of $750K each year, with a minimum guarantee of $5K. Qualified firms desiring consideration must submit one copy of Standard Form 254 (for themselves and any consultant team firm) and Standard Form 255 to this office by 4:00 P.M. PDT, Aug 25, 1997. Evaluation criteria, in descending order of importance, is as follows: 1. Professional qualifications relative to the above work of firm's staff and consultants to be assigned to this project. 2. Specialized experience of the firm and any consultant firms in related work. 3. Capacity and capability of the firm to respond and accomplish work in compressed time frames. 4. Proximity to FD&CC(PAC), with field offices in states throughout our area of operations. 5.
