36 -- 300 GALLON INACTIVATION SYSTEM SOL RFP-22-3615-97 DUE 090897 POC LISA BOTELLA, (215) 233-6551, fax (215) 233-6558, Eileen LeGates, Contracting Officer The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, requires a 300 Gallon Inactivation System for use on liquid products in a BSL2-LS facility. The unit will be used to sterilize liquid streams containing pathogenic organisms. Inactivation will be achieved by introducing steam at up to 100 psig into the jacket while mixing the contents of the vessel. The complete system consists of: Jacketed inactivation vessel, Agitator and drive, piping, controls and instrumentation. Delivery of the unit shall be FOB Destination to the USDA, ARS, Eastern Regional Research Center, 600 East Mermaid Lane, Wyndmoor (Philadelphia), Pennsylvania 19038, within 150 calendar days after notice of award.
