The estimated usage is as follows: Volume Band 1 = 314,400 cys, Volume Band 2 = 2,964,000 cys, Volume Band 3 = 6,134,000 cys, Volume Band 4 = 2,592,000 cys, Volume Band 5 = 1,500,000 cys, Volume Band 6 = 1,920,000 cys. Bidders may elect to bid on sellect Volume Bands as necessary, with exception, Volume Bands 1 and 2 must be bid concurrently. Quantities listed arethe government's best estimate.
