Nonpersonal services to provide Combat Air Forces with courseware development services for the USAF Weapons School located at Nellis AFB, NV. The place of contract performance shall be at Nellis AFB. The contractor shall develop all courseware using the current, updated model of Instructional System Development (ISD) as defined in AFM 36-2234 and AFH 36-2235. During the solicitation phase, all interested offerors will have a chance to view existing courseware at the pre-proposal conference as outlined in Section L of the solicitation. The successful offeror and employees must possess or obtain clearances at the classification levels of SECRET and TOP SECRET. Anticipated contract award date (i.e. Basic period) is 02 Dec 97 with the contractor assuming full responsibility for courseware development beginning 02 Mar 98. Four (4), one-year options are planned for the period beginning 01 Oct 98 and ending 30 Sep 02. A draft solicitation will be available on the INTERNET (on or about 16 Jun 97) for comments.Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the final solicitation (and any amendments) from the ACC CONS Bulletin Board on the INTERNET. The solicitation will also contain notices such as the date and registration instructions for the preproposal conference/site visit. The anticipated release date of the final solicitation is on or about 27 Jun 97. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the internet for the solicitation release.
