Subject to availability of funds, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Indonesia), in cooperation with the Government of Indonesia's national development planning board intends to award a non-competitive non-personal services contract to Dr. William Wallace for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for one year. Dr. Wallace has provided technical support in economics and budgeting to the planning board of the Government of Indonesia for the past seven years. The proposed contract would cover technical services in economic planning to support development of the Government of Indonesia's new five year plan and to support initiation within the planning board of new economic growth programs sponsored by USAID.
