Jose Antonmattei, (767) 782-3916, POC Ms. Lilliam Rodriguez, (767) 782-3916 Indefinite Quantity Contract -- for Professional Real Estate Services includes but it not limited to preparation of real property appraisals, feasibility studies, site planning (evaluation) reports, property inspection reports, disposals of excess property, leasing of alternate quarters, leasing built-to-suit quarters, site acquisition, outleasing and subleasing, fair annual rental appraisals, real property tax reviews and/or appeals and relocation services in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands. This is an indefinite quantity contract for a term of one year with two one-year renewal options. Work orders will be negotiated and issued as individual projects. The total work ordered under the subsequent contract shall not exceed $200,000 for a twelve-month period nor $50,000 per work order. The total amount for the three year period shall not exceed $500,000. Offerors must have a minimum of 5 years real estate consulting experience in the geographical area specified and a minimum of 1 Principal Full-time, 1 Senior Full-time Consultant, 2 Staff Full-time, 2 Junior Full time personnel.
