Johnson, Contracting Officer, (202) 401-9358; Penny Payne, Contract Specialist (202) 40l-5085 The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is soliciting proposals to provide services which will ensure effective and timely mailing of all Office of Child Support Enforcement (a component office of ACF)issued Federal Administrative Offset pre-offset notices under the Treasury Offset Program (TOP). The contractor will be responsible for establishing written safeguards for the transportation, processing, and storage of tax information in conformance with section 6103(p)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and, following the procedures delineated in IRS Publication 1075. This requirement shall be a Small Business Set-Aside. The standard SIC Code is 8742. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months for the initial project year with two (2) one-year options. Interested parties should request RFP No. 105-97-8308. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 30, 1997 with a proposal due date of July 30, 1997.
