Projects assigned to this contract will be located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Work consists of preparing detailed studies, reports, plans, specifications and cost estimates for assessment, repair, rehabilitation and construction of environmental engineering projects. The contract may also require review of shop drawings and contract submittals. At this time there is no basic project assigned to this contract. Selection will be made pursuant to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for A & E actions. An evaluation will be performed on the qualification and performance data submitted on SF 254s responding to this announcement along with the firms having SF 254s on file. Interested Architect/Engineer firms are invited to: 1. Submit a Standard Form 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire. Firms having a current Standard Form 254 (within one year) on file are not required to register this form. However, those firms with 254s on file shall express their interest in being considered for a particular job in writing and shall also state that a current Standard Form 254 is on file for their firm. 2. Submit any requested supplemental data to procurement office shown, Attn: Code 25CK. Contract will be for one year. Contract value will not exceed $99,000.00. Minimum guarantee is $5,000.00.
