Pettis Memorial VA Medical Center, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, California 92357. These projects involve renovation of clinical areas throughout the Medical Facility. Estimated cost of the above projects will be less than $50,000.00 per design project. These projects are reserved for emerging small businesses. Selection criteria will include 1. Past experience with Medical Facilities 2. Past performance on contracts in terms of accurancy in cost estimating, cost controls, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules 3. Professional qualifications of firm and staff proposed. Consideration for award will be limited to those firms with working office within a 250 mile radius from this facility.
