The prefereed area is North by Main Road and Charlotte White Road; South by Hixbridge Road and Main Road; East by Route 88; West by Sodom Road and Adamsville Road. The space requirements are 3,500 square feet of building on a minimum site size of 44,000 square feet. The term is for 20 years with 2 5-year renewal options. Proposals will be received through June 13, 1997, and must be submitted by principals only, on specified forms an in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
