The Department of Veterans Affairs San Francisco Medical Center requires the temporary use of a mobile GE 9800 Quick HiLight HTD CT Scanner contained in, and capable of functioning in a trailer beginning on August 1, 1997 for a base period of two months with options for up to eight weekly periods thereafter. Description: In addition to the basic scanner, the rented equipment shall include a 3M laser camera, a doctor's console with the Display Enhancement Package (DEP) option. The trailer dimensions shall be a maximum 45' long by 9" wide and 13' high with room for an emergency crash cart respirator, a patient lift, a sink with water supply through a faucet, telephone(s), backup generator, and emergency repair service as well as preventive maintenance service IAW OEM. Contractor will be required to have a current, valid San Francisco business license, be in the direct business of supplying mobile CT trailers in California, and provide evidence that the trailer has been approved by all appropriate agencies (Federal, State, Local) for radiation safety.
