The successful contractor shall provide OEM or equivalently trained technicians to perform necessary maintenance and repairs. Service includes two preventive maintenance visits per year and unlimited on-call maintenance between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
