Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337, which involves orders on multiple occasions over the period of two (2) years from 01 June 1997 through 31 May 1999. Orders will be issued for equipment changes, repairs, repair parts, and support tools for MK-15 PHALANX Close-In Weapon System (CIWS). Orders will be issued in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Hughes is the sole producer of this system and is the only source which possesses the in-depth technical knowledge, expertise and qualifications to perform this effort.
