Period of service will be no later than 30 September 1998. The proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with the Center for Ecological Management of Military Land at Colorado State University. Services to be provided will be accomplished through a simplified acquisition procedure.
