The successful offeror will be tasked to research and document DLA's material distribution processes, identify natural business units (NBUs) within the processes, and baseline the current cost and performance of these NBUs. The successful offeror will be tasked to develop characteristics or profiles needed by a business to manage each NBU. The successful offeror will be tasked to identify and analyze the business base available to manage each NBU. The successful offeror will be tasked to develop statements of work and performance standards for each NBU. The products of these tasks will be documented in three reports: (1) a DLA Distribution Process Report, (2) a Business Unit Baseline Report, and (3) a Business Unit Operation Report.
