The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA is formulating requirements for establishing a Common support Equipment (CSE) for the Organization Level (0-Level) Liquid Coolant Support Equipment (LCSE). This Liquid Coolant Support Equipment will service either the dielectric liquids, Coolanol or Poly-Alfa-Olefin (PAO), by filtering the contamination particles and moisture out of the liquid. The dielectric liquid acts as a coolant and provides the electric insulation between high voltage components within the avionics circuitry for the aircraft's Radar and Missiles. The LCSE should have capability for serving the multi-services armed forces aircraft's Radar and Missiles (F/A-18C/D/E/F, AV-8B, F-14A/B/D, F-15,...etc.). The weight and size are important factors for this equipment, since the LCSE will be used in the hangar, flight line, and the flight desk carrier environment. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain a better understanding of what is available in the areaof accessible technologies, Non-Development-Items (NDI) hardware, industrial capabilities and the cost to satisfy the fleet requirements. Responders are requested to address the possibility of making demonstration of their candidate product(s) available to the government at no cost, if it is possible the demonstration will be at the government facility site.
