Work consists of removal and replacement of HVAC systems, asbestos abatement, and all related work required to bring new systems on line. Asbestos abatement must be performed by a Florida licensed asbestos abatement contractor. In addition, minor improvements include a suspended acoustical ceiling, and gypsum board ceiling as well as interior and exterior painting and patching.
