The Carroll River roads project is located at the head of Carroll Inlet on Revillagigedo Island. Project is near Swan Lake Hydroelectric facility approximately 25 air miles Northeast of Ketchikan, Alaska. Contractor is alerted that much of the project must be accomplished within a fish timing window of June 15, 1997 to August 7, 1997. The estimated price range is between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000.
