Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials and performing all operations in connection with the inspection and repair of built-up and shingled roofs in Military Family Housing. Work is 100% general. This is an indefinite quantity contract with a guaranteed minimum of $10,000 and maximum of $55,000. The project consists of location and repair of roof leaks on approximately 14 units. Work is not in a restricted area and consists of a 90 day performance period.
