The equipment is currently being leased from Universal Capital, 15696 Medina Road, Plymouth, MN 55447 under purchase order SP3100-96-P-2067. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. No formal solicitation document exists. However, all information received within fifteen (15) days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by this agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
