This requirement requires source approval prior to award. The item will be procured from the approved source TRACOR Flight Systems, Inc., Aero Division, St. Louis Regional Airport, #2 Airline Court, East Alton, IL 62024, under the authority 10 usc 2304 (c) (1) (FAR 6.302-1). The time required for approval of new suppliers is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
