END item specification is MIL-T-44243. Solicitation will include two one year options. Deliveries will begin 240 days after award, destinations Tracy ca and Ogden UT. All materials will be furnished by the successful offeror. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal (past performance, manufacturing plan).
