The proposed contractor is the manufacturer and holds proprietary rights of the applications. The Contract Line Items are: CLIN 0001: 9 Each -- 16 channel ADC board, Analog-To-digital Converter Board with 16 bit resolution, 35 microsecond conversion time, 16 differential inputs, four output voltage ranges +/- 5 Vdc, +/- 10 VDC, 0-5 Vdc, 0-10 Vdc, VMEbus interface and 6U x 160 mm form factor. CLIN 0002: 8 Each -- 6 channel DAC Board, Digital-To-Analog Converter Board with 16 bit resolution, 15 microsecond conversion time, 6 output channels, an output voltage range of +/- 10 Vdc, VMEbus interface, 6U x 160 mm form factor. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is N68936-97-Q-0820 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. This is a small purchase, small business set aside, the SIC Code is 3577 and the small business size standard is 1000. Delivery is required on or before 18 March 97. FOB point is destination. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commerical, applies to this acquisition and there are no addendums to the provision. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commerical Items with its offer. The clause 52.212-4, Commercial Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition and there are no addendums to this clause.
