Z -- REPLACE HEATING AND A/C SYSTEMS IN BUILDINGS 3 & 6, NAVAL WEAPONS STATION, YORKTOWN, VA SOL N62470-96-B-5539 DUE 030697 POC Contact Point, Stephanie Leeper, Contract Specialist or Kathy Martin, Contracting Officer at (804) 887-4161 The work includes the removal and replacement of heating and cooling systems in Buildings 3 and 6, including the removal of two 175 HP boilers, steam and condensate piping and all related equipment; the removal of exterior overhead steam distribution and compressed air piping between Buildings 3, 4 and 6; also, the relocation of a dry filtered paint booth from Building 4 to replace the waterfall paint booth in Building 3; the relocation of an alignment surface plate and radio tower; installation of a new radio frequency shielded enclosure; the renovation of offices in Building 3; and other incidental related work at the Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, VA.
