Features of the Personal Systems Support Family Services include: Satisfaction guarantee; Coverage during business hour-8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, except U.S. national holidays; Extended-hours coverage: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
