Contract shall include 24-hour/7days, toll free telephone support and provide unlimited on-site remedial (hardware and software) services betwen the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays when not correctable by telephonic support. The contract will be a firm-fixed price with a base year and two option years. The proposed contract action is for supplies or ervices for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considerd by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of dtermining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
