Manufacturing data is not owned by nor available from the Coast Guard. Delivery of material to Coast Guard, AR&SC, Elizabeth City, NC is desired within 180 days and required within 450 days after contract award. The Coast Guard intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price/sole source contract with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Sundstrand Aerospace, Rockford, IL in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
