Bidders are hereby notified of the following requirement: In order to receive the solicitation and technical data package, all bidders are required to execute a nondisclosure agreement binding each bidder to the terms and conditions of the agreement. The nondisclosure agreement must be signed by an official authorized to legally bind the company. Upon execution of the nondisclosure agreement, return an original copy, certified mail to the above address. The nondisclosure agreement will be available prior to the issuance of the solicitation. Bidders are encouraged to request, complete, and return the agreement as soon as possible.
