Work to include all site investigations for electrical, water, sewage and storm systems at the Coast Guard Training Center at Cape May, New Jersey. Upon completion the VA will be provided with a complete set of drawings, specifications and contract documents. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
