The proposed contract shall be for a period of a one year plus four one year options. A draft Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released on or about 13 December, 1996. It is anticipated to be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for research and development, training and technical support services and have completion and level-of-effort type tasks.
