Rodriguez, Contracting Officer (210) 298-5608 or Mrs. Juanita Vasquez, Contracting Officer, (210) 298-5115 This is a proposed acquisition for the establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for real property, maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction projects to include building, residentual, heavy and highway work at Laughlin Air Force Base, Auxiliary Air Field, and Lake Amistad Outdoor Recreation area, TX. Performance of services will be accomplished by the contractor thorugh individual calls against the BPA, as needed. The project scope on each call will be identified by the Government under a Statement of Objectives. The contractor will be required to provide a work breakdown structure, statement of work, an integrated master plan, and other document as necessary. The pricing vehicle for the BPA(s) will be the R.S. Means Cost Data catalogs. There may be more than one BPA established from this solicitation. Work involved will include task in a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, steam fittings, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, masonry, welding, etc. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, services and incidentals necessary thereto. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with statement of work provided by the contractor and accepted by the Government, regulations and contract requirements. The BPA(s) may be used for projects funded by NAF activities which do not become an obligation against appropriated funds of the United States Government. The BPA(s) will be for a period of 3 years.
