Approximately 144 personnel will reside in 72 suites in these buildings. Each suite shall include 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The existing buildings have concrete foundations and structural masonry walls with exterior brick finish. Site amenities shall be constructed. Hazardous materials abatement of asbestos, lead based paint, mercury, PCB, and CFC is required.
