58 -- MAINTENANCE SERVICE SUPPORT SOL 60458 POC Harry Perkins, Contract Specialist, 202-324-2956. the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to acquire maintenance services for an existing PBX telephone system (Fujitsu Focus 960) originally installed in January, 1987. The system consist of: 102 ports: one (1) Attendant Console; 17 Electronic Telephone Instruments; 59 2500-type Standard Telephone Instruments; five (5) Two-line Panasonic Telephone Instruments; a Kanaka Model FM 361 station message detail recording system; and a battery reserve backup system with Epson LX 300 printer. The system is located in Albany, New York. Period of performance is from award date with option to extend the service one (1) additional year contingent on availability of funds for Fiscal year 1997 and 1998. The maintenance service will begin as soon as the successful bidder has received proper security clearance. A walk-through of the site will be scheduled. This requirement will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Business Set-Aside. The standard Industrial Classified Code is 1731.
