The Navy intends to solicit, via full and open competition, for the development of Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Test Program Sets (TPSs) for all AN/AM-23 Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs). The contract will be for the design, development, manufacture, and delivery of the TPSs and associated data. The solicitation is for two each First Article, thirteen production units, development test data, spare and repair parts and system problem reports (SPRs), and associated data.
