Johnson, Contracting Officer, (202) 401-9358 The Administration for Children and Families intends to negotiate and award by September 30, 1996 a modification to contract number 105-95-2040 with the National Center for Clinical and Infant Programs, d/b/a Zero to Three. The purpose of this modification is enhance the training and technical assistance (T/TA) that the contractor is providing to the current 68 Early Head Start (EHS) grantees and to the 65-70 new EHS grantees to be funded by September 30, 1996. The modification will expand the T/TA resources available to the EHS grantees by enabling the EHS Resource Center to respond the Head Start Bureau's increased emphasis on assisting granteees provide high quality services to families, and thereby enable EHS grantees to be more responsive to the needs of families families, infants, toddlers and pregnant women.
