National Naval Medical Center intends to award sole source maintenance contract by purchase order to Liebel-Flarsheim for the period 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sept 97. Equipment consists of two Liebel-Slarsheim hydrajust III tomography systems including two CP80 generators and two 12'' image intensifiers model: hydrovision. Maintenance will include two preventive maintenance inspections, parts to include full glassware coverage, labor and travel. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). (256)
