The EPA Dallas Office intends to award a Purchase Order to Perkin-Elmer for a maintenance plan for Perkin-Elmer equipment in the Houston Laboratory. All labor, parts and travel expenses required to maintain proper operation of the following equipment: autosampler AS-70, decstation 316SX, HGA 600, AA Zeeman 5100, AA 5100, AA5100-PC, Furnace Modul 5100 ZL, ICP-MS ELAN 5000, and PS 277 will be included in this agreement. Only standard parts or parts of equal quality or greater shall be used in effecting repairs. The maintenance agreement period of performance is October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Vendors who fail to demonstrate their ability to meet the government's minimum requirements through a complete description of technical qualifications to provide this service will be disregarded.
