S. Army, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for sports officials to officiate various sporting events for the period of 1 February 1997 through 31 January 1998 with two (2) option years. This is a Requirements Type contract. The contractor will furnish qualified officials who, for the sport(s) in which they are assigned to work, are currently registered with the applicable sport governing body, the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, or the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Due to automation of Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required. It is required that all Contractors provide their business size when responding to this announcement. For determining business size the Standard Industrial Code for this requirement is 7999 and to be considered a small business under this code, a firm, including its affiliates, must not have more than $5.0 million average annual revenues over the past three years. Date for receipt of bids is estimated, actual opening date and time will be included in the solicitation.
