NETHERLANDS: AEROSOLS, SOFT DRINK BOTTLES The following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif. 96.318. 1. Member to Agreement notifying: NETHERLANDS. Description of content: The draft Act stipulates safety requirements in respect of aerosols and soft drink bottles in order to reduce the possible risks involved in using these packaging types under pressure. 7. Objective and rationale: The Act has been drawn up to implement European regulations and to bring about horizontal implementing orders i.e. order relating to an aspect common to various product groups rather than focusing on regulations relating to one specific product group (vertical approach). 8.
