In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center intends to negotiate on a single-source basis with McDonnel Douglas Aerospace, Long Beach, California, for the development of a hardening test plan for their model DC-10 aircraft (Phase I), and for an option for test performance. Phase I is to be completed within 5 months from date of award. Negotation and/or award of this requirement is within 30 days from date of publication.
