The Purchase Order is to be written to provide for renewal of an annual maintenance agreement for the following items: (1) MWOL-500 - Annual Maintenance Agreement, SLA- 500, including SLA Hardware repairs, 3D Software and Documentation Updates, Labor and Hotline Support; (2) MPCA - Annual Maintenance Agreement, PCA-1, PCA-250, or PCA-500 including Hardware repairs, Labor and Hotline Support; (3) SWM-WS - 3D UNIX-based Workstation Application Software Annual Maintenance Agreement for the SLA-190/ 500/400/500 - Covers the Applications Software sold separately from the SLA, Software and Documentation Updates, and Hotline Support; (4) SWM-QC - 3D Quickcast Applications Software Annual Maintenance Agreement for SLA-190/500/500 - Covers the Application Software Sold Separately from the SLA, Software and Documentation Updates, and Hotline Support. This is a Sole Source acquisition authorized under 40 U.S.C. 759(g). This announcement serves as the full solicitation document. Any company other than 3D Systems, that is interested in submitting an offer is invited to do so prior to the closing date listed above.
