Project consists of the placement of a waterline and installation of an irrigation system with associated planting and trail construction at Clark Springs Boat Ramp to include the removal of sidewalk and parking area; placement of 80 tons of crushed aggregate; placement of 30 tons of hot bituminous plant mix, 140 square yards of bituminous concrete sidewalk and 150 linear feet of bituminous concrete curb; two each fountain retrofit and installation as well as other items. Two possible additive items are installation of a drip irrigation system and planting and seeding. Clark Springs Boat Ramp is located on Trinity (Clair Engle) Lake, Trinity County, California. There will be a $15 charge for the plans and drawings made payable to USDA, Forest Service. Anticipated award date is October 10, 1996.
